Solution Engineer – Role Overview

The Solution Engineer at Zaytel is an individual contributor role based either at HQ or within the region. This role is responsible for all technical aspects of telecom partnerships and plays a vital part in presales activities. From product deployments and integrations to improving features and designing solutions, the Solution Engineer ensures seamless delivery of technical excellence.
To achieve strong business outcomes, Solution Engineers collaborate closely with operational teams and internal functions such as product development, connectivity, and procurement. They may act as project managers or support senior project leads, guiding teams with technical insights and solution-driven thinking.
